UPS and battery equipment is delivered and positioned according to the site survey plan. For floor-standing industrial UPS, we ensure proper clearances for ventilation and maintenance access. Battery racks are assembled and positioned for safe access and cable management.
Input power cables, output cables, and bypass connections are installed using correctly sized conductors per the UPS specifications. Earthing bonds are installed and verified with an earth resistance tester — a critical step for equipment protection in India's variable power environment. All terminations are properly torqued.
Battery strings are connected and verified for correct polarity and secure terminal connections. All inter-cell connections are torqued to specification. For multi-string battery banks, equalisation charging is set up. Initial charge state is verified and an initial capacity check is recorded.
